ENRICH Global is psychoeducation and emotional wellness technology. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care. This page says, in plain language, what information the enrich-global.com site and related ENRICH products touch, and what we do with it.
1. Who we are
Enrich Global LLC operates enrich-global.com and the ENRICH family of sites. Contact: enrichgloballlc@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Depending on what you use, we may process:
- Email address and name you give us for access, membership, newsletters, or giveaway signups
- Purchase and subscription records handled by Stripe (we do not receive your full card number)
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to run and secure the site
- Content you type into an app or companion while you use it on your device; we design products so your reflective writing is not kept as a standing clinical record on our servers after a session ends, unless a specific product page says otherwise
3. Payments
Checkout runs through Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy covers card data. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the plan you chose, and the email you used at checkout so we can deliver access.
4. Giveaways and mailing lists
If you join a giveaway or newsletter, we use the email you provide to send the confirmation and any resource that is actually available for that offer. We do not sell your email. You can ask to be removed by writing to enrichgloballlc@gmail.com.
5. Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies to keep a session working. If analytics tools are active, they help us understand which pages are used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with processors needed to run the service (for example Stripe for payments, and email delivery providers), or when the law requires it.
7. Your choices
