What do I get?
Full access to the entire companion library, all 100 companions today and every new one we release, for as long as you're a member. Apps and courses are separate purchases.
What is a companion?
A culturally responsive, conversational wellness guide that walks with you through a specific emotional or relational theme. ENRICH companions offer psychoeducation and emotional wellness support; they are not therapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional care.
Do I need a new code every time I visit?
No. There is no password. You request a 6-digit email code only when you sign in on a new device or after signing out, not on every visit. Once signed in, you stay signed in on that device.
How many devices can I use?
Up to two, for example your phone and your laptop. Signing in on a third device will ask one of the others to sign in again.
When am I charged, and how does renewal work?
Your card is charged today, then automatically each cycle (monthly or yearly) on the same date, until you cancel. We email you a receipt each time.
How do I cancel? Do I get a refund?
Cancel anytime here under "Manage billing," or email us. You keep access through the period you've paid for. Cancellations stop future charges and are not refunded for the current period.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Why are prices different by region?
We use purchasing-power pricing so the Global Majority is never priced out of its own support. Your price is based on your location.
I run a company or clinic. Can I get team or trial access?
Yes. We offer time-limited trial access and group arrangements for organizations. Write to enrichgloballlc@gmail.com and we'll set you up.
Is this the same as the ENRICH Global Collective membership?
No. All-Access on this page unlocks the companion catalog on enrich-global.com. The Collective at enrichglobalcollective.com is a separate subscription sanctuary with assessments, Quiet Questions, and daily lifestyle rooms. Buy the one that matches the work you want.
Are companions therapy? Do they understand me?
Companions are psychoeducational tools. They witness and reflect. They do not understand, care, diagnose, or treat. They do not replace a licensed clinician. If you need clinical care, take that need to a human professional outside this membership.
Does All-Access include live sessions with Sherry Jerimie?
No. This membership is digital companion access. Private practice intensives are separate and are not bundled into All-Access.
