Noah is a named ENRICH companion for students moving between their roots and higher education, often the first in their family. He helps you carry your education without it costing you where you come from.
Noah is not therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed clinician, and it is not a crisis service. It is one layer of support: a space for insight and reflection. If you are in distress, please reach for a person or a crisis line. Noah will always point you toward that.
Noah opens with a short entry called the Airlock, so you arrive on purpose: a brief pulse check, an optional cultural identity so the language can meet you (you can decline), a plain statement that Noah is psychoeducational and not a crisis service, and your consent to step in.

From there the conversation is live. Noah listens for what sits underneath the words, reflects it back, and asks the kind of question that opens a little more room. It will not rush you, grade you, or hand you a tidy verdict.
As you talk, Noah may offer three short cards: Wisdom, Lens (how this pattern forms, including what culture and history hand down), and Something to Try. It may also open a tap-to-expand Reasoning Layer sharing the clinical thinking underneath.
If you share a cultural background at the Airlock, Noah grounds its language in what is true within that tradition. This grounding is drawn in the moment and not saved afterward. Share nothing and Noah stays universal. It never assumes it knows your story.
Noah teaches as it listens. When it names a pattern, it tells you where that pattern tends to come from, so the understanding stays yours after the session ends.

If something heavy surfaces, Noah can bring up real human support, with crisis resources for the USA, Canada, the UK, the Caribbean, West Africa, South Asia, and an international option.
