Your thoughts shape your reality. Learn to work with them skillfully.

What is Anais?

Anais is a named ENRICH companion who helps you work skillfully with your thoughts. She offers practical, evidence-informed tools for noticing and reshaping the thought patterns that drive how you feel and cope.

Anais is not therapy. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a licensed clinician, and it is not a crisis service. It is one layer of support: a space for insight and reflection. If you are in distress, please reach for a person or a crisis line. Anais will always point you toward that.

Getting Started: The Airlock

Anais opens with a short entry called the Airlock, so you arrive on purpose: a brief pulse check, an optional cultural identity so the language can meet you (you can decline), a plain statement that Anais is psychoeducational and not a crisis service, and your consent to step in.

How a Conversation Works

Start in your own words anytime. If you are unsure where to begin, Anais offers five starter prompts, each a different way in:

1. My mind jumps straight to the worst-case scenario and I believe it every time.
2. I assume I know what everyone is thinking about me, and it is never good.
3. One mistake and my brain decides the whole thing, or I, am a failure.
4. My thoughts spiral and I do not know how to step back from them.
5. I want practical tools to work with my thinking instead of being run by it.

From there the conversation is live. Anais listens for what sits underneath the words, reflects it back, and asks the kind of question that opens a little more room. It will not rush you, grade you, or hand you a tidy verdict.

The reflection cards

As you talk, Anais may offer three short cards: Wisdom, Lens (how this pattern forms, including what culture and history hand down), and Something to Try. It may also open a tap-to-expand Reasoning Layer sharing the clinical thinking underneath.

Cultural Grounding

If you share a cultural background at the Airlock, Anais grounds its language in what is true within that tradition. This grounding is drawn in the moment and not saved afterward. Share nothing and Anais stays universal. It never assumes it knows your story.

The "Why This Matters" Idea

Why this matters

Anais teaches as it listens. When it names a pattern, it tells you where that pattern tends to come from, so the understanding stays yours after the session ends.

Safety Features

Ground

A button you can reach for anytime; it opens a brief grounding practice to help your body settle.

Crisis support

If something heavy surfaces, Anais can bring up real human support, with crisis resources for the USA, Canada, the UK, the Caribbean, West Africa, South Asia, and an international option.

Built-In Boundaries

Anais is designed for repetition over time, not long binges: gentle pacing, session limits, and a closing ritual each visit. The space will be here when you return.

Your Data

Your words are not stored on a server after your session. You can clear your session and purge your data anytime via the link at the bottom of the companion.
